Book your holiday now and we guarantee that you will pay the lowest price. If on further publication of prices, the price is lower we will refund the difference in form of a credit note.

Snow Guarantees

Early Season

For early season ski holidays we have decided to provide this special snow guarantee FREE of charge. It covers departures from mid-December to 15 January (except any holidays that stay over New Year's Eve).

If the Valmeinier/Valloire ski area has less than 50% of its lifts open, then from 5 to 3 days before departure you can decide to change your holiday to another departure date, subject to availability.

If you change to a less expensive holiday any price difference will be refunded. If you change to a more expensive holiday, we will pass on any difference in price as advertised.

Late Season

For all holidays towards the end of the season, we have decided to provide this Snow Ski Guarantee free of charge. It covers departures from 19 March through until the end of the winter season.

If the Valmeinier/Valloire ski area has less than 60% ski lifts open, then from 7 to 5 days before your departure, you can decide to change your holiday to another departure date, including the following winter, subject to availability.

If you change to a less expensive holiday any price difference will be refunded. If you change to a more expensive holiday, we will pass on any difference in price as advertised.

There will be no administration fees for any of these changes.
